Branch Service Supervisor

We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Service Supervisor to manage a team of field, workshop engineers and the Service office at our Southampton branch. This position will appeal to someone who has a good customer service background, management and good communication skills, along with experience of managing a busy service operation, ideally within the forklift truck, automotive or similar industries.
They must be able to work on their own initiative and must also have very good IT skills, and must be able to review and manage budgets and costs along with invoicing.

Forklift Truck Field Service Engineer

We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced forklift truck Field Service Engineer to join the Southern Division at the Amersham,Buckinghamshire branch service team. This position will appeal to an engineer with experience of working on any of the following equipment: IC & electric fork lifts, Hydraulics and have good mechanical engineering skills. We require a person who can work on their own initiative with good customer service & communication skills.
 

Duties will include diagnosing faults, repairing and maintaining forklift trucks belonging to the company and our customers to a high level of quality. They must be able to work in an effective and efficient manor. Training will be given and we offer a competitive package which includes a bonus scheme, including company vehicle equipped with specialist tools. The person must be of a smart appearance necessary thou a company uniform will be supplied.
