Unfortunately even with planned maintenance there may be occasions where your truck breaks down, either through mechanical failure or misuse and abuse. Forkway Group prides itself on rapid response to breakdown. The initial diagnosis over the phone is critical to determine the correct strategy to apply, for example sending a specialist in hydraulics, ensuring that a particular part is carried or arranging a short term hire machine for interim replacement whilst repairs are carried out. All of these activities are essential to ensure that your machine is back up and operational again in the shortest possible time.

All In Maintenance

Control of operational costs is paramount to the smooth running of a business. Forkway Group offers an All In Maintenance package that allows customers who own or lease their own machines to manage their maintenance costs on a monthly basis. Allied to your hours of use a package is constructed taking into account all routine and un-planned maintenance costs, excluding damage. Additional services that can be budgeted in this package are tyres and Thorough Examinations.
